Vacating Units:
Once the plans are approved by the Statutory Authorities and Permissions are obtained, you should get ready to vacate your existing units. But before that the Developer is required to discharge some obligations and fulfil some conditions as per the terms of DA. The important steps in this process are as follows:

1. Execution and Registration of PAAA
2. Submission of Performance Security by Dev
3. Notice to Vacate from the Dev
4. Discharge of agreed Financial Commitments by Dev
5. Vacating Units by Members
6. Submission of Balance Project Documents
7. Issue of Letter to Enter (Legal Possession) to Dev
8. Demolition of Building
9. Receipt of Commencement Certificate
10. Registration of Project in MahaRERA

This Process of Vacating Units may take about 2 to 3 months. Its step-by-step process is given in its Roadmap. We are also developing several ready-to-use standards for this Stage, which you can use as guideposts or references!
