Plans & Approvals/ Permissions:
Generally, the process of approval of Plans is mentioned in the Tender Documents. Plans need to be first approved by the Members before they are submitted to Approving Authority for statutory approval and permissions. Quite often, Dev’s Architect prepares plans soon after Dev’s selection and the process goes on simultaneously with Legal Documentation. The important steps in this process are as follows:

1. Preparation of Floor Plans for Members Units
2. Review of Floor Plans by PMC
3. Revision of Floor Plans and Review by PMC
4. Approval of Floor Plans by MC
5. Preparation of detailed Proposal Plans
6. Review of Proposal Plans by PMC
7. Revision of Proposal Plans
8. Approval of Proposal Plans in SGBM
9. Allotment of Members’ Units
10. Submission of Proposal Plans to Statutory Authorities
11. Approval by Statutory Authorities

Time taken for this process may vary significantly depending on the Regulation used for the Project. Step-by-step process of this activity given in its Roadmap. We are also developing several ready-to-use standards for this Stage, which you can use as guideposts or references!
