Evaluation & Selection Process:
After opening the bids, they shall be handed over to your PMC for scrutiny. The PMC shall scrutinize/ evaluate the bids based on different criteria such as experience, financial capacity, projects completed, commercial offer etc and prepare a Detailed Comparative Statement and a Bid Evaluation Report. Thereafter, a process of evaluation and shortlisting may be undertaken through the following process, finally leading to selection of a suitable Developer:

3. Joint Meetings, Negotiations
4. Financial Due Diligence
5. Legal Due Diligence
6. Clients’ References
7. Final Shortlist
8. Visits to Bidders’ Offices
9. Visits to Bidders’ Project Sites
10. Presentations by Bidders in SGBM
11. Final Techno-Commercial Offers from Bidders
12. Selection of Preferred Developer
13. Selection of Developer in SGBM (79A)

After a Developer is selected, the Project will move to the Pre-Construction Phase.
