Repossession is the Final and perhaps the most important phase of RD. It amounts to the realization of the dream for which the Members have anxiously waited for so many years.

This is a list of major steps to be taken for Repossession:
1. Physically Verify Carpet Areas (PMC)
2. Allot Car Parks among Members (MC)
3. Obtain Full Occupancy/ Completion Certificate (Dev)
4. Provide Essential Services: Water, Electricity, Cooking Gas
5. Demos of Equipment & Systems (Dev)
6. Certify Virtual Completion (PMC)
7. Issue Notice for Repossession (Dev)
8. Take Possession of New Units (Members)
9. Appoint Facility Manager (MC/ Dev)
10. Release Dev’s Security, if any (MC)
