Feasibility Report presents a Techno-Commercial Study. Its main contents may be as follows:

1. Reference Documents/ Data
2. Plot Description & FSI Potential

Feasibility Report may generally consist of computations based on total FSI Potential of the plot and without the need for preparation of plans. However, if there are critical restrictions on permissible height of buildings, it may become necessary to prepare tentative plans at the stage of feasibility study itself to estimate the extent of FSI that can be consumed and use it in the study.
