4Prepare Comparative Statement and Shortlist of PMCs proposals MC Once PMCs' proposals are received in a structured format, a Technical Statement & Commercial Statement shall be prepared based on appropriate criteria and then evaluated on merit.

5Presentations of Shortlisted PMCs to members MC This may lead to further shortlist based on Selection Criteria and Finalization of Terms.
6Send out Notice to members for SGBM1 MC Min 14 days’ notice. Send PMCs’ comparative statement for Members information.

Invite suggestions/ recommendations from members. Schedule SGBM1 within 2 months from MCM1.
7SGBM1 - Decision for RD & Selection of PMC MC Consent to be obtained to initiate the Project. PMC may be selected in accordance with the procedure suggested in 79A.

Resolutions to be passed:
1. To record Members' consent for RD
2. To Select PMC, to Confirm his terms of appointment and consent to issue a Letter of Appointment to him
3. To instruct PMC to submit a Roadmap for different stages upto vacating the premises
4. To instruct PMC to prepare a Feasibility Report

Notes (as per 79A):
1. Min Quorum required is 2/3 of total members.
2. Resolution should be passed with at least 51% of total members, who should accord their consent for RD.
3. Minutes of Meeting (MoM) should be sent to members as well as to Dy. Registrar’s office.
4. If quorum for SGBM is inadequate, it shall be adjourned and reconvened within 1 month with 7 days Notice.
5. If quorum is inadequate even for reconvened SGBM, it shall be cancelled. Another SGBM shall not be called within 3 months thereafter.

8Send Minutes of Meeting (MoM) to members Sec Within 7 days from SGBM1.
9Send MoM to Dy. Registrar Sec Within 15 days from SGBM1.
10Issue Letter of Appointment (LoA) to PMCMC As per 79A, the LoA should be issued to the selected PMC within 30 days from SGBM1 and PMC's Letter of Acceptance should be obtained.
