1Prepare Site for Construction Dev Site should be carefully planned for logistics of work, storage, equipment, resources, admin and service areas in such a way that the construction work can progress efficiently and with minimum hindrance. Dev may submit proposed Site layout plan to PMC for his suggestions.

2Kick-off Meeting for ConstructionMC, Dev, PMC A Joint Kick-off Meeting should be held at Site before commencing Construction work to formulate various systems of working and co-ordination at site.

3Depute Dev's Site Team (DST) of Technical/ Supervisory PersonnelDev Depending on the quantum and nature of work, Dev shall depute a team of his Technical/ Supervisory personnel such as Project Manager, Engineers (Planning, Quality, Billing, MEP etc), Supervisors, Safety Professional etc. This team shall be called Developer’s Site Team (DST). One Senior Person from DST should be identified to communicate with PMC’s Site Engineer. Contractor/s shall be deemed to be represented by DST.
4Depute Soc Co-ordination Team (SCT)MC The Representatives may be from within MC or other Members. From Soc, only this team shall have visiting access to Site.
5Depute PMC Monitoring Team (PMT)PMC Site Engineer (for Quality & Progress Monitoring), PMC Coordinator for SV (suggested Weekly), Project In charge for PRM (suggested Monthly).
6Provide Approved Reference Records at Site Dev Important Docs should be maintained at site for reference.

7Provide Initial Working Drawings (GFC) to PMC Dev A copy of all latest Working Drawings (Arch, Structural, MEP) should be provided to PMC as per the approved Drawing Issue Schedule. All Working Drawings must be consistent with the Approved Plans and must be certified as Good For Construction (GFC) by the respective Consultant/s. Work should be carried out only using GFC Drawings.
8Establish Dev’s Documentation System Dev Important Registers and Reports should be maintained at site for reference and updated from time to time.

9Establish PMC Monitoring System PMC, MCQuality & Progress Monitoring System:
1. Day to day supervision by PMC's Site Engineer (if deputed)
2. Joint Site Visits (SV) by PMC's Project Co-ordinator (along with DST and SCT, if necessary) … suggested Weekly
3. Joint Project Review Meetings (PRM) among Soc MC and senior representatives of Dev and PMC … suggested Monthly
10Establish PMC Documentation & Reporting System PMC Through his Site Engineer and Project Co-ordinator, PMC shall collect important Project data and prepare Reports which shall be submitted to the Soc.

11Establish Quality Certification SystemPMC Certifications to be obtained from Dev's Consultants or Vendors from time to time.

12Establish Communication System for Construction WorkAll Communication shall be among DST, PMC, MC and Dev. Generally, Communication may be between DST and PMC with CC to MC and Dev. R
