| 2 | Approve New Material/ Process Proposed by Dev | MC/ GB | MC may approve or reject a proposed New Material/ Process after considering PMC advice. Major Deviations may need GB approval. | R |
| 3 | Approve a Mock-up | MC | MC may approve or reject a Mock-up after its inspection. MC may seek PMC’s advice for approval. | R |
| 4 | Release Security for Milestone | MC | A Security such as Bank Guarantee, Lien on Sale Area etc may be released on certification of PMC that the corresponding Milestones has been achieved. | |
| 5 | Approve Deviation Proposed by Dev | MC/ GB | MC may approve or reject a requested Deviation from Contractual Terms after considering PMC advice. Major Deviations may need GB approval. | R |
| 6 | Approve Dev’s Request for Time Extension | MC | This approval shall be based on PMC’s recommendations in respect of the time extension on account of approved hindrances. Additional time may also be approved subject to some commercial and/ or operational conditions as per contractual provision. | R |
