Feasibility Study

This is the First Phase of a Redevelopment Project.

It starts when a Society’s managing Committee (MC) initiates the Process of Redevelopment through a General Body Meeting and ends when a Feasibility Report prepared by the PMC is formally adopted by the Society’s General Body. This period consists of the following two stages and may be about 4 months:

Stage 1: Initiating Project & Appointing PMC:

Active Agency: MC

Period: 2 months

SGBM: 1

Milestones:

- Resolution for Redevelopment

- Appointment of PMC

Project Records: PMC’s Letter of Appointment



Stage 2: Feasibility Study & Report:

Active Agencies: MC, PMC

Period: 2 months

SGBMs: 2

Milestones:

- Finalization of Base Carpet Area

- Approval of Feasibility Report

Project Records:

- Base Carpet Areas

- Feasibility Report



After the Feasibility Report is approved in a General Body Meeting, the Project will move to the next Phase of Tendering & Developer Selection.
