Construction

This is the Fourth and longest Phase of a Redevelopment Project in which the New Building is constructed.

This Phase starts when the Developer receives Commencement Certificate (Construction Permit) and actual construction work can be started. It ends when the construction of the New Building is complete in all respects, Full Occupancy Certificate is received, and the New Building is ready for occupation by the existing members.


Active Agencies: Dev & its Site Team, PMC & its Site Engineer, MC & its Co-ordination Team

Period: Approx 36 months (For a mid-size Project of plot size 4000 SqM & 100 members)

SGBMs: As and when necessary

Monitor Progress: Activity wise tracking wrt Master Project Schedule, Hindrance

Advise Soc: Material/ Process, Deviation, Release of Security, Time Extension



During Construction – Society’s Functions:

Approve Material/ Process, Fitting/ Fixture, Mock-up

Approve Deviation, Release of Security, Time Extension

Keep members informed from time to time

Act on issues pertaining to Quality, Progress & Safety

Conduct/ Attend Monthly Joint Project Review Meetings
