PHASE WISE JOURNEY
Construction
This is the Fourth and longest Phase of a Redevelopment Project in which the New Building is constructed.
This Phase starts when the Developer receives Commencement Certificate (Construction Permit) and actual construction work can be started. It ends when the construction of the New Building is complete in all respects, Full Occupancy Certificate is received, and the New Building is ready for occupation by the existing members.

Period: Approx 36 months (For a mid-size Project of plot size 4000 SqM & 100 members)
