Complete Balance Legal Documentation such as BG, Lien Agreement etc. 3. Discharge Financial commitments to Soc & Members due at the stage of vacating Notes: 1. The Approvals should be obtained in such a way that at least the Members' Units are fully secured at the time of vacating. 2. Dev’s Sale Agreement should be reviewed to check if it has any provisions which are contrary to the provisions of DA or Soc's interest. |
