| 2 | How much time does it normally take from receipt of IOD to receipt of CC? | Under normal circumstances, the period from IOD to First CC may be 3 to 5 months which also includes the period for vacating existing flats and demolition of the existing building. However, if your project requires clearance from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) called "environmental clearance", this period may be much longer. |
