Developer’s Functions:
At the Site, the Dev shall be represented by his Site Team. He shall submit the following documents/ drawings/ reports to PMC from time to time:
1. Further Approvals
2. Inputs: GFC Working Drawings, Materials, Labour, Funds
3. Supervision & Coordination: (Consultants, Contractors, Vendors)
4. Quality: Testing, Work/ Process Inspections, Certifications, Defect Rectification, Audits
5. Safety: Gear, Access, Audits, Insurance
6. Maintain Registers & Records
7. Contractual Obligations
8. Statutory Requirements
9. Progress Reports to PMC
Developer’s Progress of Work shall be monitored w.r.t. his Approved Project Schedule. He shall also be responsible to rectify defects in his work and to maintain safety at site.
