Snag Lists & Rectification:

Snag Lists & Rectification of Defects is an important part of Quality Assurance. Members should not take possession of their New Units unless the works are complete and defect free.

The Quality Assurance activities are these:

- Land Development

These activities are undertaken with PMC’s assistance and jointly with the Dev Team. It is often found that even after most of the Project is complete, the last small lap becomes an irritant. Therefore, Project Completion formalities should be initiated well in advance.

Repossession:
Repossession is the Final and perhaps the most important phase of RD. It amounts to the realization of the dream for which the Members have anxiously waited for so many years.

This is a list of major steps to be taken for Repossession:
1. Physically Verify Carpet Areas (PMC)

Quality Reports/ Certifications is a record of the quality of various works. They are created as and when Developer’s consultants or third-party agencies inspect and certify works through reports at various stages during the Construction Phase.
