Tendering Process:
Once the Feasibility Report is approved, you can move to the next Stage of Tendering/ Bidding to invite bids from interested Developers. Based on the findings of the Feasibility Study, you may instruct your PMC to prepare Tender Documents in a Two-Bid System viz. Technical Bid & Commercial Bid. The main steps in this process are as under:

1. Preparation of Tender Documents
2. Discussions & Modifications to Tender
3. Approval of Tender in SGBM
4. Float Tender with Press Notice
5. Sale of Tenders
6. Pre-Bid Meeting
7. Issue Amendments, if any
8. Receipt of Bids
9. Opening of Bids

After the bids are opened, the Project will move to the next Stage of Evaluation of Bids.

This Process of Tendering may normally take about 4 months. However, if the bidders are required to submit tentative plans with their bid, it may take 5 months. Evaluation & Selection Process:
After opening the bids, they shall be handed over to your PMC for scrutiny. The PMC shall scrutinize/ evaluate the bids based on different criteria such as experience, financial capacity, projects completed, commercial offer etc and prepare a Detailed Comparative Statement and a Bid Evaluation Report. Thereafter, a process of evaluation and shortlisting may be undertaken through the following process, finally leading to selection of a suitable Developer:

Bid Evaluation Report:
