PMC’s role shall be to monitor Quality & Progress of the Construction Work. At the Site, PMC shall be represented by his Site Engineer who will be supported by a Project Coordinator and Project in Charge from his Office.

This is a broad list of PMC’s Functions:

1. Monitoring as different from Management
2. Monitoring System:
- Site Engineer: Inspections, Data Capture
- Site Visits (SV): Project Coordinator (Int. Coordination)
- Project Review Meets (PRM): Work, Decisions, DA Terms
3. Quality: Inspections, Testing, Record Defects, Record Certifications
4. Progress: Activities, Milestones, Delays
5. Assist Soc: Approval of Materials, Fittings
6. Assist Soc: Deviations, Contract Provisions
7. Records: SVR, MoM, Project Review Report

Quality of work shall be checked w.r.t. Working Drawings whereas Progress shall be monitored w.r.t. Approved Project Schedule.
