Typically, a Redevelopment Project is executed in 5 sequential phases. A mid-size Project of plot size of approx. 4000 SqM and 80 to 100 existing members may take about 5 years from its inception to delivery and goes through the following Phases and time frame:

2. Tendering & Developer Selection:

− Plans & Approvals/ Permissions - 6
− Vacating Building - 1

The first three activities can be undertaken parallelly and simultaneously through mutual coordination between the Society and Developer.
