We have divided a RD Project into 5 sequential Phases viz. Feasibility Study, Tendering & Developer Selection, Pre-Construction, Construction and Repossession.

1. For each Phase, you will find its Roadmap or a step-by-step procedure.
2. Each step is well articulated with its Action Point , the Agency to take that action (MC/ PMC/ Dev) and supporting Notes . If any action is to be taken in an SGBM , the same is mentioned and such SGBMs are numbered for easy reference.
3. Important steps are identified as Milestones so you can track them easily.
4. If an important Record is to be created for that step, the same is identified and contributes to a higher level of Transparency.
